Pancakes Forever

Now this is a little different to the usual fashion post but you know what,this is a very special occasion which must be written about.

Pancake day,Shrove Tuesday...whatever you want to call it.

The main fact here is that we,in this rather odd world of ours have a whole day dedicated to pancakes. Anything with the word 'cake' grabs my attention immediately-especially when you can smother it in calories galore without being looked at like you are a completely irrational human being.

So to celebrate Pancake Day 2018 I picked up three bottles of pancake mix,in the flavours of Strawberry, Caramel and Chocolate. I could not help but pick up all three bottles because they do indeed look aesthetically pleasing and of course I needed to test them all out- otherwise that would not be fair on the other flavours- neither would it be fair on my constant need for sugar.

I look forward to trying these out because I certainly do not pride myself on being a pancake connoisseur- I hope I will not have to rely on the ready made microwave pancakes this year but I am willing to put my cooking skills a go.

I usually smother Nutella (other spreadable chocolates are available), lemon juice, sugar ,banana and whipped cream over mine to achieve the ultimate pancake.
